The festival of Dusshera is widely celebrated all over India , but if you want a very special experience we recommend to visit Chhattisgarh , A state full of surprises. The festival is 75 days long and has been celebrated in Chhattisgarh since the early 15th century . Since then it has become a grand event where all the Gond tribes of Chhattishgarh participate with joy and happiness. The royal family of Bastar arranges to worship arms and ammunition of the goddess Danteshwari.
On one of the important days of this festival is when the Maharaja of Bastar welcomes the Goddess Danteshwari , who comes to the city in a Doli (Palanquin).
